Tamar Adler’s story about how to make “Everlasting Meals” from leftovers to save money as we as this Planet—works very well when “lay it flat” binding is added. This was a gift to my “Climate Justice” spouse leading the charge here for that justice in her cooking style also.

A health coach I know said the Love Real Food book is her one recipe book she'd rescue from a house fire. That's a good endorsement, given her extensive library, so I put it on hold through my library. She was right...it is a fantastic cookbook if you want to eat healthy and enjoy the food. This vegetarian cookbook (I am going for 2/3 vegetarian) has me looking forward to each new entre I try, instead of thinking about what other foods I am missing out on.
I decided I needed my own copy of Love Real Food, and when I googled it and Lay It Flat popped up, I loved the spiral bound option they offered. I have been cooking up a storm ever since. The healthier I eat, the more my sugar cravings diminish...something I never thought would happen for me! Dig in, this book is worth it, especially in the Lay It Flat bound version.

Good looking book and durable.

As a home baker, I love using Lay it Flat. Most books do not lay flat easily. With Lay it Flat, I'm able to keep my baking book open to the correct page without anything placed on top of it to keep it flat. As a baker - this is so important. I don't think I'll ever buy another baking book without the spiral binding.

And ... let's talk about how great Claire Saffitz is. I fell in love with her on YouTube - but there's nothing like having her books on my counter as inspiration.

I have the two volumn Beatles songbook, and the simple chord book for guitar, but both are falling apart from use...and difficult to keep open. This spiral notebook style songbook is what I have needed for years. Plan on getting one for my Beatles loving son-in-law.
