Good for 1st time canner.
I’ve canned for forty years and bought this for a friend who is just starting out. After hearing her talk about the book, I bought one for myself. It’s a must-have for newbies but there are nuggets in there for practiced canners, too. LOVE that it’s spiral and lays flat.
