Very good
I wanted a book that I could read, as well as study the poses. It needed to be big enough that I could see from a bit of a distance, as well as lay flat as I learned yoga at my pace. It also needed to have a wide variety of poses. This book meets all of my requirements.
This book is of great help to the basics of yoga understanding. Poses are shown in good detail glad to have it!
I had a similar issue to the previous reviewer. It's a tiny yet very thick book and tightly bound by glue.. So it seemed tough to produce. I did communicate with customer service and they did their best and offered resolutions. I was a happy customer in the end, and some pages being glued wasn't a deal breaker to me. Keep that in mind if you think of ordering this particular book.
The Yoga Bible is an excellent visual guide to yoga poses. The spiral binding process was not done well, many pages were still tightly bound by the glue of the original binding and this made the spiral lay flat basically useless. When I attempted to ease the pages apart many tore. Next time I will get it done locally where I can ensure the quality of the product.
