Love this book!

This is just what I wanted!I I tried to find a site on the internet for core exercises for senior.There are many sites but watching and taking notes wasn’t beneficial to me,I needed something in my hand to refer to. Easy instructions for exercises and the delightful illustrations are a plus! Also love the lay flat ring binding.😊

Keep your independence!

Love this book …..easy to use . Everyone can spend 5 min. a day to keep their independence. Building balance is essential as we age. I like that you can pick and choose which exercises work best for you and choose different ones every time . Variety and ease lends itself to continuing with the program.
