This is the cookbook that compliments Dr Greger's How Not to Die bestseller, espousing the value of evidence-based nutrition. This is not a book of weight-loss recipes, or particularly simple recipes (which is why I wanted the lay flat format). It is nutritious whole plant based eating. You'll need a well-stocked spice shelf, some herbs, lots of greens, beans, whole grains and other vegetables. Enjoy your health!
