I love this cookbook! So useful, with beautiful layout. With lay-it-flat binding, it's perfect to prop open to the recipe I'm working on and just cook without worrying about keeping the cookbook open! I've only made one set of recipes so far, but they were easy and delicious and the rest looks very promising!

I gave this cookbook in regular hardcover to my daughters and daughters-in-law for Christmas. They’ve been sharing the great recipes they’ve tried so I decided to buy my own copy. I saw this spiral bound version and thought ”What a great idea!” It has a nice weight to the pages and it’s very convenient. The cookbook is lovely. I haven’t tried the recipes yet, but my girls say it’s a winner.
This company has absolutely excellent customer service!!!!! There were a couple of hiccups with my order during the process, but every time I contacted them, they were very responsive, stayed in communication and at the end, they corrected all my issues. The only thing (one less star) is that my expectation of spiral was different than the actual book. Please remember, that addition of spiral will make the book a little wider and pages are more narrow.
