A beautiful book. I will enjoy it for many years I know.

The book was excellent and was set up in a spiral binding which made it much easier to use in the kitchen. Recipes and cooking techniques were well explained and made what is normally a long and difficult process much easier.

Great illustrations in this starter 101 resource for wilderness survival. Ideas for prepping your pack, cooking and tools to have available. Also info on navigation, setting up camp and using what you have.

When my doctor called and gave the order "you must go on a low cholesterol diet," I explored the available resources. Low cholesterol is not low fat, low carb or Mediterranean. I've tried all of those. I was extremely happy to find this book. It is a complete reference book to explain what the eating plan is, why it works and how. I've been using the meal plans and recipes which are excellent. I know what to shop for and what not to purchase. As an added incentive I put my last lipid screening on my refrigerator to keep me on track.

Great book. Nice format being spiral bound. Great stories, recipes and commentary on the Blue Zones way of eating. Would strongly recommend this book for anyone interested in changing their diet to a more healthful and flavorful way of eating and a healthier body.....

This is a great first Mediterranean cookbook. It teaches you where you can find main ingredients and explains cooking technique. Great for a first time Mediterranean chef. Beautiful illustrations, and the recipes are divine.

I had been wanting to get the Pusheen coloring book for quite a while but hadn't got around to it, SO glad I waited and came across Lay It Flat, because it makes coloring so much more fun and accessible. Traditional binding makes it uncomfortable for me to color or draw for long periods of time. Will definitely be returning in the future :)
