  1. Who do I contact if I have any problems? Using the chat button on the bottom right corner of the page or emailing at info@layitflat.com.
  2. How do I return my book? Send us an email with the order number and reason for the return and we will send you a return label that you will print and neatly place on the package. If you are using old packaging, make sure the return label is the only information showing to avoid issues during transit. 
  3. Don't see updates for your order? Message us or send us an email including name of the recipient and Order number (Example: Jane Doe 1001LiF).
  4. Tracking number doesn't work? Search the number into your search browser (Google) and it will show the carrier and status of the package.
