It Lays Flat for use on the kitchen counter!

This is the cookbook that compliments Dr Greger's How Not to Diet bestseller, espousing the value of evidence-based nutrition in weight loss. This is a book of whole plant based recipes for weight-loss that will assist you not only in slimming, but in finding health free of animal products, sugar, salt, fat and highly processed foods (meaning nutrition removed but lots of salt, sugar and fat added). The recipes are not particularly simple, which is why I wanted the lay flat format. It is nutritious whole plant based eating. prepping ahead and pre-cooking or pre-mixing some useful basics will help. You'll need a well-stocked spice shelf, some herbs, lots of greens, beans, whole grains (some I'll guess you've never eaten before) and other vegetables. Enjoy your health! You will adjust to eating this way - hang in there!
